We had so much fun with sea creatures, fed and patted the stingrays

We had so much fun and the kids loved to feed the sharks and stingrays, however, if you are willing to have close encounters, get the wet suit from there. There were shark talk sessions. Staff members are very welcoming and have good customer service skills.

Wonderful experience for young and young at heart.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff made the experience very enjoyable. The facilities are ever-changing and improving as the team settles into the newer location. We loved being able to feed a variety of sharks and rays with our 3-year-old as well as listen to lots of information about the species we could see. Plenty to do undercover even in pretty torrential rain, although you do need to walk a hundred metres or so outside to get between covered sections. The sharks and rays all appear to be well-loved and taken care of.
